1/2 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup mashed bananas
1/4 cup sugar
1 large egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup applesauce
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. mix dry ingredients in separate from wet

  3. combine together

  4. add chocolate chips

  5. spray the muffin trays with pam (12 serving tray)
