With greek yogurt and pumpkin instead of oil

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1/2 cup 0% greek yogurt
1/3 cup pumpkin
1/3 cup skim milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 ripe bananas
2/3 cup chocolate chips
1/3 cup pecans

Recipe Directions for Healthy Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

  1. Combine all the dry stuff

  2. Combine all the wet and stir in mashed pumpkin

  3. Add wet to the dry until combined

  4. Fold in chocolate chips and pecans

  5. Bake at 350 for 20 mins. Makes approx 17
