Enjoy this Banana bread as a healthy snack or for breakfast. Low in Sodium and decreased sugar content when measured against normal Banana Bread recipes

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Banana Bread

1/3 cup coconut oil
3 bananas
3 eggs
1 tsp Baking Soda dissolved in 1 tbsp of water
1 tsp baking powder
2 cups wheat flour
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup honey (and 1/2 cup Stevia)

Recipe Directions for Healthy Banana Bread

  1. Grease pans

  2. blend banana's, butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla and dissolved baking soda until well blended

  3. add remaining ingredients slowly and pour in greased pans

  4. bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes

  5. enjoy! makes one loaf of banana bread
