Recipe Ingredients for healthy banana bread

1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup steel cut oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons applesauce
1/3 cup skim milk
1 egg
1/2 cup chopped roasted pecans
2 bananas (mashed)

Recipe Directions for healthy banana bread

Heat oven to 350. Roast the pecans for 7 minutes or so while oven is preheating. Grease bottom of a loaf pan or 9 X 12 baking pan, Mix all ingredients. Beat 30 seconds, Pour into pan. Bake until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean (55 minutes loaf pan, 30 mins baking pan)
