Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Banana Bread

3 ripe bananas
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup xylitol
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup spelt four
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Healthy Banana Bread

Cream butter, applesauce and sugers. Add eggs- beat. Add buttermilk and vanilla -stir in dry ingredients. Bake at 325 for 1hour 15 minutes or until done in middle
