This is a healthier option to the traditional banana bread - I always make a double recipe and freeze one loaf! Its a great quick snack that satisfies my sweet tooth without any added sugars.

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Banana Bread

3 bananas
2 cups oats
3 tablespoons peanut butter
3 tablespoons applesauce, unsweetened
1 cup egg whites
1 cup Splenda
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder

Recipe Directions for Healthy Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 400

  2. Mash Bananas

  3. Add remaining wet ingredients, mix well

  4. Add remaining ingredients, mix well

  5. Pour into greased loaf pans

  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes
