Oh man, guys, these are so good. Hardly any fat and a nice 100 calories a pop.

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Banana Bread Muffins

2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
6 large bananas
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbs butter
1/2 cup apple sauce
4 egg whites

Recipe Directions for Healthy Banana Bread Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350*

  2. Mix together dry ingredients.

  3. Mix together wet ingredients.

  4. Fold wet and dry...don't stir too much!

  5. Grease 2 muffin tins, fill 3/4 of the way full.

  6. Bake for 25-30 min.
