Super tasty, low-calorie mini muffins with no butter! I got this from another website and changed it slightly and even my parents like it.

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Banana and Blueberry Oatmeal Muffins

1 mashed banana
3/4 cup Nancy's Plain Nonfat Yogurt ( or your choice of yogurt )
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup olive oil
3/4 cup quick cooking oats
1 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup frozen blueberries

Recipe Directions for Healthy Banana and Blueberry Oatmeal Muffins

  1. Combine banana, yogurt, brown sugar, egg, and oil in a large bowl.

  2. Add oats and allow to sit for 5- 10 minutes.

  3. Combine dry ingredients.

  4. Add blueberries and dry ingredients to wet and stir until just combined.

  5. Put in mini paper lined muffin tins and bake on 375 until tops are firm to touch.
