Homemade chicken nuggets that couldn't be easier or more delicious!

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Baked Chicken Nuggets

16 ounces Boneless, skinless chicken breast tenderloins
2 1tsp Olive Oil
0.13 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
3 oz Breadcrumbs
2 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Healthy Baked Chicken Nuggets

  1. Preheat oven to 425. Spray a baking sheet with olive oil spray.

  2. Put the olive oil in one bowl and in another bowl put the breadcrumbs, panko and parm cheese.

  3. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then put in the bowl with the olive oil and mix well so the olive oil evenly coats the chicken.

  4. Put the chunks of chicken into the breadcrumb mixture to coat and put on cooking sheet.

  5. Bake 8-10 minutes. Turn over and cook another 4-5 minutes or until cooked through.
