Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Applesauce Banana Bread

5 medium banana Bananas
1/4 cup Lite
2 large Egg, White
1/2 cup Apple Sauce Unsweetened Organics
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1.38 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/4 cup Rogers All Purpose Flour
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 tsp Nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Healthy Applesauce Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

  2. Mash bananas in a large bowl with an electric mixer.

  3. Stir in maple syrup and let stand for 15 minutes.

  4. Add applesauce and eggs, mix well.

  5. Add remaining ingredients, mix well.

  6. (Add an optional 1/2 cup of crushed walnuts)

  7. Pour into 9x5 inch loaf pan coated with vegetable oil

  8. Bake for 45 - 50 min, or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean.

  9. Removen from oven, let cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.

  10. Cool on wire rack.

  11. ENJOY
