Recipe Ingredients for healthy apple muffin

2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of light butter
1 cup milk
2 peeled apples
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for healthy apple muffin

  1. Grease 12 muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.

  2. place squares of apple into butter in a pan. then, when sizzle place the mixture into the pan and let it slightly roast.

  3. Cream butter and sugar with an electric hand-held mixer until light and fluffy.

  4. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.

  5. Add apples and vanilla and beat until smooth.

  6. Mix together the flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.

  7. Stir flour mixture with milk spread cinnamon powder and sugar and place in the oven
