1 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
1 cup Sugars, Brown
1 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
1 tbsp Promise Buttery Spread Light

Recipe Directions for Healthy apple crisp

  1. Preheat oven to 375.

  2. Slice and core apples, then layer in an 8x8 pan which has been sprayed with non-cooking spray.

  3. Mix remaining ingredients and crumble over the apples.

  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until the apples are tender.
