Hearty, and maybe not to everyone's taste. (Kind of dense) Replace barley, rice and millet flours with crushed 12 grain mix.

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Apple and Carrot Muffins

1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup buckwheat flour
1/2 cup almond, ground
1/4 cup barley flour
1/8 cup rice flour
1/8 cup millet flour
1/2 tsp allspice, ground
1/2 tsp clove, ground
1/4 cup, sugar
2 apples, grated
1 carrot, grated
1/3 cup safflower oil
2/3 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 eggs
