Recipe Ingredients for Healthy ANZAC cookies

1 cup rolled oats
1 cup whole grain flour
50 g ground almonds
1/2 cup dried coconut
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup white sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
4 tbsp golden syrup
1/4 cup soybean oil
2 small pear
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Healthy ANZAC cookies

  1. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl

  2. Combine wet ingredients in a bowl

  3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients

  4. Bake on a lined baking tray at 160 celcius for 15 minutes
