Recipe Ingredients for Healthy 3 point brownies

15 oz black beans
2 bananas
1/4 c cocoa
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 c oat
1/2 c agave syrup
2 tbsp chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Healthy 3 point brownies

  1. pre heat oven 350 degrees

  2. process all ingredients in a blender pour in to cupcake pan makes 12 cupcake brownies

  3. bake for 30 mins (you may want to bake a little longer I use the tooth pick method)
