Recipe Ingredients for Healthified Zucchini Bread

1 cup shredded zucchini
1 cup apple
1/4 cup canola oil
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup No Calorie Sweetener
3/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon baking powder

Recipe Directions for Healthified Zucchini Bread

  1. Heat oven to 350F. Spray bottom of loaf pan with cooking spray.

  2. In large bowl, mix zucchini, the processed apple, oil, egg, vanilla and sugar until well blended.

  3. Stir in all remaining ingredients until well blended. Pour batter evenly into pan.

  4. Bake for about 60 min.
