Recipe Ingredients for Healthified Mashed Potatoes

3 cup diced Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
1 serving Pure Almond Almondmilk
2 tsp Sea Salt
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Healthified Mashed Potatoes

  1. Wash and peel potatoes; dice into 1 inch cubes

  2. In a saucepan, boil 4 cups of water.

  3. Once water begins to boil, add diced potatoes.

  4. Boil on med-high approximately 10 mins, or until potatoes are fork-tender.

  5. Drain and rinse.

  6. With electric beaters or a masher, blend potatoes with almond milk.

  7. Season with salt, pepper & garlic powder (optional).
