Recipe Ingredients for Healthified Greek Layer Dip

2 Whole Wheat Pita Bread
1 Cooking spray
7 oz Hummus
6 oz Fat Free Yogurt Plain
1 tbs fresh parsley
1 tsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp pepper
1 Roma tomato
6 Kalamata olives
1 1/2 Cucumber
1/2 cup feta cheese
1/4 cup green onion
1 tsp olive oil
1 red bell pepper

Recipe Directions for Healthified Greek Layer Dip

  1. Heat oven 350 degress. I choose to cut each round into bite size pieces, I found if you spilt them they break to easily. the recipe said to spilt each pita horizontally and cut each round into 6 wedges. Arrange pita on cookie sheet spray with cooking spray here you can add flavor I choose garlic salt.

  2. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden and crisp; cool.

  3. Meanwhile spread hummus on shallow serving dish or pie plate. In small bowl mix yogurt , parsley, lemon juice and pepper; spread evenly over hummus. Top with tomato, olives, chopped cucmber, feta cheese and onions. Drizzle with olive oil.
