Recipe Ingredients for 'Healthified' Crunch Asian Salad


Dressing:
1/3 c canola oil
1/3 c rice vinegar
3 T sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Salad:
12 oz noodles, top ramen
16 oz coleslaw mix
8 med green onions, sliced
1/2 c almonds, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced (1x1/8)
20 oz oranges, mandarian
2 c baby spinach leaves, chopped

Recipe Directions for 'Healthified' Crunch Asian Salad

  1. In large bowl, beat dressing ingredients with wire whisk until sugar is dissolved.

  2. Break up ramen noodles in bag before opening, discard seasoning packet. Add noodles and all remaining ingredients except oranges and spinach to dressing mix and toss to mix well. Stir in oranges and spinach. Serve immediately or refridgerate up to 8 hours.
