Recipe Ingredients for Healthiest Tuna Stir-Fry

120 g Flaked Light Tuna in Water
1 cup frozen broccoli
1/3 cup canned diced tomatoes
3 cups spinach
2 cups bok choy
1/2 cup Shelled Edamame
1 tbsp salsa
2 tsp garlic powder
1 cup kale
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
1 tsp cayenne

Recipe Directions for Healthiest Tuna Stir-Fry

  1. Place diced tomatoes in frying pan

  2. Fry frozen broccoli and edamame on low-med heat in tomatoes

  3. add salsa and seasonings

  4. add tuna

  5. simmer for 5 mins

  6. In seperate bowl place bite-sized spinach, bok choy, and kale leafs.

  7. Pour over hot frying pan mixture onto leafy greens

  8. Stir together and Enjoy!
