8 oz neufchatel cheese
8 oz tofu
2 cups chicken
1 cup fat free ranch dressing
3/4 cup hot sauce

Recipe Directions for Healthiest Buffalo Chicken Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Blend tofu.

  3. Combine neufchatel, blended tofu, ranch dressing and hot sauce.

  4. Blend well.

  5. Stir in cooked cubed chicken.

  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
