Warm up tortillas either on the stove or in the microwave untill flexable. Next, cut the cheese about 1 inch to make cheese serving. Place aluminum foil on top of cookie sheet to prepare for baking.Put the cheese in the quesadilla and then place the quesadillas on the aluminum foiled cookie sheet. Bake at 420 degrees for four minutes, flip them over and then bake for another four minutes.
