Recipe Ingredients for Healthier Version of Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo

8 ounces penne whole wheat
1 cup broccoli (frozen florets)
1/2 cup peas (delmonte no salt added)
1/2 zucchini
10 3/4 ounces cream of chicken soup (campbells healthy request)
2 ounces milk (fat free skim)
2 ounces water
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 lbs chicken breast

Recipe Directions for Healthier Version of Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo

  1. Prepare penne according to package directions Add broccoli during last four minutes of cooking time. Drain well in colander

  2. Cut chicken into cubes or strips.

  3. Cook chicken in a 10" skillet until well browned, stirring often

  4. Stir soup, parmesan, milk, water, pepper and penne/ broccoli mixture into skillet with chicken. Cook until mixture is hot and bubbling.
