Recipe Ingredients for Healthier, Vegan Cake Donuts with Glaze Frosting

2 tablespoons mashed banana
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 cup flour
2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 tsp vinegar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3 tablespoons canola oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Healthier, Vegan Cake Donuts with Glaze Frosting

  1. I found I only needed 1 tablespoon of the oil to go with the banana for the "frosting" but I don't mind a strong banana taste.
