1 small onion, finely chopped
10 3/4 ounces 98% fat free mushroom soup
1/4 cup skim milk
1 cup frozen vegetables
8 ounces fat free cheddar cheese
16 ounces Mini Tater Tots

Recipe Directions for Healthier tater tot casserole

  1. set oven to 375*F

  2. brown turkey and onion in skillet

  3. put in 2qt casserole with soup and milk

  4. add veggies

  5. top with cheese and tots

  6. bake for 45 minutes

  7. cheese should be melted and tots gloden
