Recipe Ingredients for Healthier Taco Chex Mix

1/3 cup macadamia nuts
1/3 cup almonds
1 cup Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds, Canned
2 cups rice chex
3 cups corn chex
3 cups wheat chex
1 packet Original Cheddar Bunnies
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons Organic Vegetarian Worcestershire sauce,
1 small taco seasoning

Recipe Directions for Healthier Taco Chex Mix

  1. Drain, wash and dry chickpeans, roast in the oven on cookie sheet at 375 for 30-40 minutes tossing every 10

  2. Add dry ingredients

  3. Melt butter and add Worcestershire and seasoning

  4. Stir over incredients

  5. Bake in the oven at 278 for 10-15 minutes
