You can add whatever veggies you like, these are just what I had in the fridge.

Recipe Ingredients for Healthier Sweet and Sour Chicken

10 baby carrots
2 chicken breast, cut small
1/2 cup mushrooms
3 green onions, diced
1/4 white onion, small diced
2 cups napa cabbage
5 oz water chestnuts
1 tsp ginger, crushed
2 cups brown rice

sauce:
1/4 cups Catsup
2 tbs honey
2 tsp white vinegar
2 tsp soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Healthier Sweet and Sour Chicken

  1. dice up the veggies, except cabbage, and saute until tender and set aside.

  2. Saute chicken until cooked, add Cabbage and veggies and fold together until blended.

  3. Add the sauce ingredients and blend together.

  4. Cook rice until fluffy and stir.
