Recipe Ingredients for Healthier Spinach Dip

10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, drained
1/2 carrot, shredded
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
16 oz. light sour cream
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 tsp. spinach dip mix

Recipe Directions for Healthier Spinach Dip

  1. Squeeze all water out of spinach, and add ith the rest of ingredients to a bowl.

  2. Mix together well, and chill for about 1/2 hour.

  3. Serve with vegetables, chips or whatever you want to dip!
