1 1/2 cups spaghetti squash
1/4 cup egg substitute
1/4 cup skim milk
1/4 cup parmesan
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon red pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe Directions for Healthier spaghetti pancake

  1. Heat olive oil in skillet.

  2. Combine remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly.

  3. Cook in skillet in flat pancake shape. Heat one side until crispy.

  4. Turn and cook other side.

  5. Serve with more cracked pepper.
