I have decreased the amount of oils and increased the water a little bit to make this a bit more calorie conscious. If you don't like spicy food, omit the red pepper flakes. Also, play around with the spices to get the taste you desire. This is just a basic recipe. The options are endless really!!

Recipe Ingredients for Healthier Sesame-ginger dressing

3 tbsp Oil, Sesame
2 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
6 tsp Ginger Root
2 clove Garlic
2 serving (house of herbs) blackstrap molasses, unsulphered
2 serving Rice Vinegar
30 mL Braggs liquid aminos
60 grams Water
1/4 tsp Spices Crushed Red Peppers

Recipe Directions for Healthier Sesame-ginger dressing

  1. Mince the ginger and garlic.

  2. Place in a dressing bottle, or blender for a smoother dressing.

  3. Add all of the other ingredients. Shake it all around, that's what it's all about!

  4. Enjoy on anything! Salads, BEANS (I love it on beans!!!), use as a marinade. It is endless!!
