Pancakes with replacements for some common ingredients

Recipe Ingredients for Healthier Pancakes

1.5 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
0.25 cup Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
1 cup Gold Medal Unbleached All Purpose Flour
0.5 cup Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour
2 tbsp Agave Nectar
0.25 cup Butter
2 large Egg, Whole
1 tsp Leavening Agents, Baking Soda
2 Teaspoon Baking Powder

Recipe Directions for Healthier Pancakes

Combine milk with lemon juice & set aside for 5 mins to "sour" into "buttermilk". Mix dry ingredients. Whisk eggs, melted butter & agave into milk mix. Pour dry ingredients into wet and mix until lumps are gone. Cook on large skillet over med heat coated with cooking spray.
