make the 1 3/4 c oats into a podwer in the blenda which will make it into one cup of oatmeal flour

Recipe Ingredients for Healthier oatmeal cookies

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup splenda
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 3/4 cups of quick oats
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 cups quick oats

Recipe Directions for Healthier oatmeal cookies

  1. Cream sugars and butter together

  2. add egg and vanilla

  3. add all other dry ingrediants

  4. mix well

  5. chill for at least one hour

  6. make meatball size balls

  7. flatten on a grease cookie sheet

  8. bake at 375 for 8 - 10 minutes
