Not that musubi is ever healthy, but here's my best attempt at it...

Recipe Ingredients for Healthier Musubi

2 oz Spam Lite
2 tbsp Seaweed
1/3 cup brown rice
1 tsp teriyaki sauce

Recipe Directions for Healthier Musubi

  1. Lay out one sheet of seaweed

  2. Squirt a small amount of teriyaki on the seaweed

  3. Top with Spam and Rice

  4. Roll like sushi.
