1 corn tortilla
2 tablespoons black beans
1/2 teaspoon chopped onion
1/4 cup cabbage - chopped
1/4 cup tomato - chopped
3 tablespoons salsa

Recipe Directions for healthier mexican tortilla pizza

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake corn tortillas until crunchy (haven't tried this yet). Food process black beans. Add some salt to taste. Spread on tortilla. Add cabbage, tomato and onion and heat in 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. Serve with salsa.
