cut up all ingredients except for a 1/2 cup of mushrooms and 1/2 cup of carrots

Recipe Ingredients for healthier lentil soup

2 cup Lentils, Mature Seeds
1 large Onions
3 clove Garlic
1 cup pieces Mushrooms
3 tbsp Tomato Paste
1 cup, chopped Carrots
0.5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red

Recipe Directions for healthier lentil soup

cut up all ingredients except for a 1/2 cup of mushrooms and 1/2 cup of carrots. Put all ingredients add 5-8 glsses of water as needed let boil until completly done. blend the soup until it is fine return to pan and add the cut up mushrooms and carrots. when done add salt pepper and lemon to taste.
