A healthier version of King Ranch Chicken using fat free items and using brown rice instead of tortillas or chips

Recipe Ingredients for Healthier King Ranch Chicken

760 grams chicken breasts, stewed
1 cup basamati brown rice, organic
3 cups chicken stock
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 lb. cheddar
1 1/2 T. chili powder
1 T. garlic powder
2 T. unsalted butter
315 grams campbell's 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
315 grams campbell's 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
315 grams rotel

Recipe Directions for Healthier King Ranch Chicken

Stew chicken breasts, usually takes about an hour. Take out the breasts and chop them up. Save the 3 cups of the stock (chicken stewing juice) for the recipe. Combine all the other ingredients into a very large baking dish and bake for 90 minutes at 350 degrees (it takes longer to cook the brown rice effectively).
