lose the high fat tahini and add low fat yogurt!

Recipe Ingredients for Healthier Hummous

3 garlic cloves, minced, more if you like
1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon pepper
19 ounce chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Recipe Directions for Healthier Hummous

  1. mince the garlic, I also minced/added a red chilli.

  2. stick it all in a food processor or blender and blend :)
