Recipe Ingredients for Healthier Cookie Dough Recipe

1 c Butter
1 c Shortening
2 c Sugar
1 c Brown Sugar
4 Eggs
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Vanilla
3 c Whole Wheat Flour
1 1/2 c Flour
1/2 c Pecans (chopped)
2 c Dried Cranberries

Recipe Directions for Healthier Cookie Dough Recipe

  1. Cream butter, shortening & sugar until well-mixed.

  2. Add eggs and mix until light and frothy.

  3. Add salt, baking soda and vanilla while mixing.

  4. Add flour 1 cup at a time until dough it thick, but not stiff.

  5. Add pecans and dried cranberries.

  6. Bake at 350 for 8-12 minutes.
