I love chorizo, so I made this recipe up.

Recipe Ingredients for Healthier Chorizo!

1/4 cup egg whites
1/4 cup white onions
1/4 cup green bell peppers
1/2 cup spinach
2 flour tortillas
30 grams chorizo

Recipe Directions for Healthier Chorizo!

  1. 1. Fry Chorizo first to get the oils

  2. 2. Put in onions and eggs whites and everything else and sautee

  3. 3. then take out everything and toast the flour tortillas

  4. it makes two wraps! Yummy for lunch!
