With Whonu cookies you get added vitamins and less sugar due to the sugar free pudding and skim milk. I did add silk coconut milk and that adds some extra fat but you can easily just use skim.

Recipe Ingredients for Healthier Chocolate Pudding Pie

1 serving Pure Coconut Coconutmilk
2 serving Laura Lynn Super Calcium Skim Deluxe Milk
8 serving Chocolate Sugar Free Instant Pudding
2 serving who nu vanilla wafers

Recipe Directions for Healthier Chocolate Pudding Pie

Place 16 wafers in the bottom of a pie plate. In another bowl add 1 cup Silk coconut milk and 2 cups skim milk(or all skim milk, just adjust the nutrition info accordingly) and 2 packages of sugar free chocolate pudding. Beat until thick and pour onto wafers. Cover and refrigerate.
