My attempt to make a healthier cookie. Uses wheat flour, flaxseed, oats, bananas, and almonds as alternatives.

Recipe Ingredients for Healthier Chocochip Cookies

0.5 tsp Baking Soda
1 large Egg, Whole
3 tbsp Butter
3 tsp Vanilla Extract
18 tsp Sugar Light Brown
0.75 cup Rogers No Additive Whole Wheat Flour
5 tbsp Chocolate Chips
1.5 serving Old Fashioned Oats
2 tbsp Flaxseed Meal

Recipe Directions for Healthier Chocochip Cookies

Mix everything except oats, chips, and almonds until blended. Chop almonds until desired size (a couple of pulses in a food processor is usually fine), Add oats, almonds, and chips to mixture. Stir until mixed. Spoon out on to cookie sheet. Cook for 9mins in 350 degree oven.
