Recipe Ingredients for Healthier chicken pot pie

11 oz. carrots
4 celery stalks
1 medium onion, diced
2 medium potatoes, diced
3 cup chicken breasts
6 tbs. olive oil
1 cup rice flour
418 g g) Cream Corn
125 ml chicken stock
125 ml skim milk
1 pillsbury pie crust

Recipe Directions for Healthier chicken pot pie

  1. Toss chicken cubes in 1/2 the flour.

  2. Mix remaining flour with chicken stock and milk.

  3. Mix all ingredients together except pie crust.

  4. Pour into a baking dish.

  5. Lay pie crust over top.

  6. Bake at350 for 45 minutes.
