Combine Olive Oil, lemon juice (freshly squeeze) Worcestershire Sauce, anchovy paste, garlic, greek yogurt, fresh cracked black pepper, and stir well. I like my ceasar salads rather garlic-y and lemon-y. So cut back if your tastes are different. You can also add less or more greek yogurt depending on how creamy you like it. Combine remaining items and pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.

1 head Lettuce, Cos Or Romaine
0.75 tbsp Olive Oil
4 clove Garlic
4 Teaspoon Juice
0.3 oz Anchovy Paste
1 Teaspoon(5 g) Worcestershire Sauce
0.63 grams Pepper, Black
0.4 cup Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt
3 tsp Parmesan 100% Grated
1 tbsp Real Bacon Bits
