Lighter version of my favorite salad dressing.

Recipe Ingredients for Healthier Ceasar Salad Dressing

2 cloves garlic
2 oz Parmesan cheese
1 cup NonFat Yogurt
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Fresh Ground Pepper

Recipe Directions for Healthier Ceasar Salad Dressing

  1. In food processor using the blade, grind the garlic

  2. Add the Parmesan cheese and grind until fine.

  3. Add the additional ingredients and blend.

  4. Transfer to a container and keep in frig for up to a week.
