Recipe Ingredients for healthier banana nut muffins

3 bananas
1/3 c unsweetened apple sauce
3/4 c splenda
2 egg whites
1 t vanilla
1 t baking soda
3/4 c whole wheat flour
1/4 c soy flour
1/2 c flour
1 c chopped walnuts

Recipe Directions for healthier banana nut muffins

  1. mix moist ingredients in large bowl.

  2. gently mix in flour and baking soda.

  3. fold in walnuts.

  4. bake in muffin pan for 25 to 30 minutes.
