Recipe Ingredients for Healthier Banana Bread

3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1/2 cup(123 g) Natural Classic Flavors
0.08 serving Apple Cider Vinegar
80 9/10 grams Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
2 large Egg, Whole
1.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
1.75 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
8 serving Baking Soda

Recipe Directions for Healthier Banana Bread

  1. Add apple cider vinegar to skim milk and set aside for 5 minutes

  2. Preheat oven to 325 and grease a 9x5 loaf pan

  3. In mixer, mix mashed bananas, applesauce, beaten eggs, and milk/vinegar mixture.

  4. Whisk dry ingredients together, then add to wet mixture

  5. Tranfer to loaf pan and bake for 60-80 minutes or until toothpick inserted at center comes out clean.

  6. Cool completely before slicing
