2 green apples
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons Splenda
4 tablespoons quick-cooking oats
2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons smart balance light

Recipe Directions for Healthier Apple Crisp For Two

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease individual ramikins or muffin tins.

  2. Measure sugars, flour, and cinnamon into bowl.

  3. Cut in margarine.

  4. Mix in the quick oats.

  5. Peel and thinly slice or chop the apples.

  6. Divide the apples into your pan.

  7. Divide and sprinkle dry mixture over apples.

  8. Bake for 25 minutes.
