Recipe Ingredients for Health Stuffed Bell Peppers

3 pepper,+large+3-3/4"+long,+3"+dia Peppers
8 oz Lean Ground Beef 97%
8 oz Tofu Noodles, chopped
1/2 cup Spinach, chopped
1 large egg
1/4 cup Red Onion, diced
1/4 cup Salsa (can put some on top as well)
1 tsp Garlic, pressed

Recipe Directions for Health Stuffed Bell Peppers

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Mix all ingredients, accept bell peppers, in a large bowl until well combined. Stuff mixture into clean, seeded bell peppers with tops removed (see above). Bake for 30 minutes, or until beef is completely cooked.

  3. Let cool for 10 minutes, then serve warm. Top with salsa if desired. Enjoy!!
