Recipe Ingredients for Health Potato Soup

4 cup Organic Chicken Broth
6 oz Evaporated Milk Homogenized Vitamin D Added
6 oz Traditional Plain Greek Yogurt
1 cup, chopped Carrots
1 cup, diced Celery
15 oz Potato, Baked, Flesh And Skin
5 slice (1 oz) Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for Health Potato Soup

Put broth, milk and yogurt into slow cooker (high 2-4 hrs) Low (6-8hrs). Saute celery, carrots & onion add to slow cooker. Wash & cube potatoes divide into 4 even groups. Cook in three batches 1) cook completely 2) cook 1/2 done 3) just sear up sides. Add all 4 groups of potatoes to slow cooker. When done top with cheese and serve!
