Zucchini-pumpkin bread with yogurt, walnuts, white and dark chocolate chips

Recipe Ingredients for Health Nut Zucchini Bread

3 eggs
2 cups zucchini
1 cup fat free plain yogurt
1 cup pumpkin
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 cup ground flax seed
1/2 cup wheat germ
2 cups Sucralose No Calorie Sweetener
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup walnuts
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup White Morsels

Recipe Directions for Health Nut Zucchini Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 2 loaf pans or muffin tins with cooking spray.

  2. Mix dry ingredients.

  3. Mix wet ingredients. Add to dry and mix gently, just until moistened. Fold in nuts and chips.

  4. Pour into loaf or muffin tins. Bake 50 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.

  5. Cool before removing from pans to wire racks.
